This role will be employed by Docobo UK Ltd.
Key Competencies
• Good IT skills including:
-General use of Windows based PCs, the Internet and email;

• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Working knowledge of company’s Quality Procedures and Policies.
• Well organised and presentable to customers.
• Able to talk with customers on the phone and face-to-face.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Should hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Working knowledge of company’s Quality Procedures and Policies.
Responsibilities
• Setting up new equipment for deployment.
• Accurate recording of equipment information and movement tracking.
• Servicing returned equipment.
• Initial point of reception for incoming calls on the company’s general business line.
• Handling of incoming surface mail.
• General administration.
• Maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of data and information to which they are provided access during the course of their work.
• Supporting staff with administration tasks.
• General office duties as directed by senior staff.
• Maintain an awareness and actively comply with the current Information Governance (IG) and Information Security (IS) standards and policies in force at Docobo.
• Achieve the required standard when examined, following mandatory in house or role specific online training.
