Job Title: Mortgage Sales Manager.
Location: Home Based Role, with monthly travel required to our offices in Peterborough, Milton Keynes or Colchester
Guaranteed Salary: Negotiable basic salary of up-to £50K with a realistic OTE of £70k-£75K. However, the first 18 months in the role offer a negotiable but guaranteed income of up-to £70K.
Basis: Full Time Home Based Permanent Employed Role.
Target: Only candidates with front line Mortgage broking and advice experience within the last 3 years in addition to more recent Mortgage Sales Management experience will be considered.
Timeline: Immediate video interviews, with a first quarter 2023 start date.

Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
- Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified is essential.
- Experience of working as a front-line Mortgage Broker giving mortgage advice in the last 3 years.
- At least 12 Months previous experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager, managing a team of Advisers.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with outstanding communication skills and the ability to motivate, engage, develop and inspire a mortgage professional's
- Highly organised and self-disciplined to manage a team of advisers operating in a high-volume business environment.
