MSX International is looking for a Project Manager to create and manage detailed plans to support the UK Aftersales team in the delivery of a Retailer cultural change training programme.
This is a hands-on role with travel to various training venues in the UK, to ensure a professional set-up and delivery. The training itself will be delivered by a mix of JLR Field teams and the appointed training agency.
The roll-out of this programme commenced in 2022 and has enjoyed an excellent start with high levels of service from the current role holder.
Job description:
The Role
The Project Manager will act as a central point of co-ordination for complex training deployment plans, benefits tracking and status reporting.
Using your experience of process improvement and working in a project support role, you will:
- support the planning, organising and rollout of the project
- co-ordinate with Regions, Markets, Retailer Groups and external suppliers to ensure adherence to project plan
- manage training assets, venues and delegates
- track and report on key project metrics
- identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working and define best practices
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great experience of working in a complex change programme, and for someone with experience of process improvement and working in a project support role.
To be successful in this role, our ideal Project Manager will:
- have a understanding of project management principles (desirable)
- have an understanding of automotive Retailer environment (desirable)
- have proven communication and influencing skills
- be able to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment
- be driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable
- be able to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style
